The buffet restaurant was a letdown. It did NOT feel like a 5-star experience. I encountered long queues at the egg station each morning. Only one station was open at 7am. The general cleanliness of the buffet restaurant's balcony area was unsatisfactory, even early in the morning. Drinks service was woefully slow at the a la carte restaurants. That part was annoying.

The junior swim-up suite sea view posh club room offered a fantastic view. The extended patio got sun all day. waiters came to our pool area frequently, a plus. i found the accessibility to the sun very convenient. the staff was attentive to the area near the pool.
the noise around the main pool was loud. sometimes it was too much, this interrupted my relaxation.

i found the food at the a la carte restaurants to be okay; the mongolian restaurant was the best option. the buffet was busy; this felt overwhelming. the restaurant by the beach for breakfast had limited choices.

the main pool was lovely! though the swim-up bar was never open, this was odd. the resort clearly states that reserving sunbeds is not allowed. i noticed many people reserved beds early in the morning, this was frustrating.

the staff displayed friendliness and efficiency, exceptions were few. i would agree that this is a great asset; they are very accommodating. i encountered a couple of exceptions, but overall, the service was impressive.

This holiday celebrated my wife's 50th birthday exceeding our expectations. The hotel staff are amazing, I am very grateful for the service from the bar staff, lifeguards, and managers. Teams are proud of their work which help guests feel welcome and happy. Water is left in rooms every day and also two beers when required.
The gym could be improved through investing in a few new machines.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile, they clearly wanted to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The reception staff were quick and efficient with check-in and check-out. I felt very well looked after.
